We’re set to upgrade our export E2W models with newly mass-produced solid-state batteries developed in cooperation with a leading Chinese battery enterprise, a technological upgrade that will further enhance our product competitiveness in the global market. The upcoming battery-equipped versions will boast a 15-minute fast charge to achieve a 150km range, and the battery cycle life exceeds 2,000 times—equivalent to normal use for 5-6 years—effectively addressing overseas users’ core concerns about long charging time and short battery lifespan.
Through the adoption of composite electrolyte materials and a multi-layer safety protection structure, the solid-state batteries have a thermal runaway risk reduced by 95% compared to traditional lithium-ion batteries. Even in extreme low temperatures of -25℃, they can still maintain 80% of their capacity retention, making our models fully suitable for both tropical Southeast Asian regions with high temperatures and humidity and cold European regions with long winters.
The upgraded E2Ws will officially hit key export markets in the third quarter of 2025, retaining the popular retro design elements while adding a series of intelligent safety functions such as E-ABS electronic anti-lock braking system, TCS traction control system, and automatic power-off protection when falling. To meet the different regulatory requirements of various markets, we have also carried out localized adaptations, such as adjusting the vehicle speed limit to comply with the 45km/h standard in Europe and adding reflective strips in accordance with Indonesian traffic regulations.
Market research conducted in April shows that the new models are already receiving a large number of pre-orders from European and Southeast Asian distributors, with the pre-order volume exceeding 50,000 units so far. Relying on the balanced mix of stylish appearance, reliable performance, and advanced technology, we aim to boost our export volume by 50% this year, further expanding our global market share and enhancing the influence of our products in the international E2W industry.
